Absolutely beautiful little spa. From the moment you enter there's a really relaxing chilled atmosphere, staff are all so friendly and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The lockers are a bit small but we managed to fit everything in, there was shampoo and conditioner available to use for the final shower. We had 2 hours in there and we're free to move through the different chambers in our own time. We visited on a Tuesday morning and there were other visitors but it wasn't too busy. Really nice couple of hours, we will definitely come back for another visit.

My appointment which I had paid for in advance was cancelled on arrival as I had general anaesthetic 9 weeks before. This was not checked on online booking. I wasted alot of time in coming and going. The fee will be refunded but the booking service is not professional.

I have suffered with back pain for many years I have tried a lot of different massages I visited Anna at the Turkish baths for one hr massage omg she was amazing, she’s has magic hands I feel so much better on one visit less pain less tension I highly recommend her if you suffer with tension and pain

Summary: enjoyable visit but a bit noisy at times. It's really interesting visiting this historical place for two hours to relax and pamper yourself. Upon arrival we were issued with coloured wrist bands and two towels, then moved into the changing area where a friendly member of staff gave a briefing to people who haven't been before. The locker room is quite cramped, and the lockers themselves are a bit fiddly to get the hang of; they require a pin number of your own choosing to be entered to lock them. Once inside, my favourite areas were the steam room and plunge pool. All the showers are in open areas and you need to keep your swim wear on while using them. I also liked the dry heat rooms, although I found even the hottest room is not as hot as I expected. Drinking water is supplied in these rooms. There was no where obvious to leave towels while using the plunge pool, so I left it on one of the beds just round the corner, and it got cleared away by a staff member. I had to walk dripping wet back to the locker room, so just be aware where you leave it. Overall I enjoyed my visit and thought that the midweek price is reasonable value for money. The reason I have knocked a star off is because a lot of the other visitors might not have read the etiquette rules where it says keep your voice down to preserve the tranquillity of the place. My message to potential visitors is, if you want to chat loudly, go to the pub next door instead.

Fantastic spa, you can really unwind, there's steam room, ice pools, Ice showers and tepidariums, hot dry rooms. Towels are provided. We love coming back there

The whole experience was fairly good, the let down in my opinion was the unpleasant smell!!! It would be advisable to have a nice eucalyptus vapor spray around the areas!! Sorry to say I would not visit again if the smell persists!!
